I'm Dan Mahle.
For more than a decade, I've worked alongside men navigating many of the things we tend to carry quietly: responsibility, ambition, relationships, fatherhood, conflict, uncertainty, leadership, and change.
My work has taken different forms.
I've coached executives and leaders through consequential decisions. Facilitated conversations with teams under pressure. Led men's groups where men could speak more honestly about their lives. And spent countless hours one-to-one with men trying to understand what matters and how they want to meet it.
Again and again, I've seen how much can change when a man has the right conditions to stop performing, slow down, and tell the truth about what's actually going on.
I live just outside Boulder, Colorado, and these trails are also where I do much of my own thinking.
Over time, I began taking more of these conversations outside.
I know how to listen for what's underneath the obvious problem, ask the question that opens something up, challenge you when you're staying safely on the surface, and give you room to hear yourself more clearly.
You bring your life.
We'll start there.
